Deleting your account

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
3. Read what happens, then tap Yes, delete my account.

You’ll be signed out straight away.

Sign in at headstrong.live, open your account page and choose to delete your account. Club administrators can do this too, as long as another administrator is left to run the club.

Email support@headstrong.live from the address on your account. A parent or guardian can ask for a player under 18. We’ll respond within 30 days.

• Your account is closed and you can’t sign in to it again.
• Your email address and date of birth are removed, and reminders stop.
• Your club keeps its record that you completed the education, with your name, because the club may need that record later. Any guardian consent record is kept with it.
• To use Headstrong again, your club will need to invite you again.
